This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (outbound: LinkedIn, email, networking) with an emphasis on qualified leads.
• Independently create and nurture a robust sales pipeline within a B2B SaaS context.
• Engage in targeted customer outreach, active networking, and participate in events to support sales efforts, as well as to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to establish target audiences, messaging, and campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships (such as agencies, platforms, and integrations).
• Continuously enhance the sales process and experiment with new outreach and closing techniques.
• Utilize CRM systems for organized pipeline management and forecasting.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements to uncover new business opportunities.
• Several years of experience in business development or sales/account executive positions within a B2B SaaS or marketing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market (or agency landscape) and a genuine passion for proactive customer outreach and networking.
• Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline and closing deals.
• An established and robust network with a readiness to leverage it.
• Excellent outbound skills and a keen sense for identifying relevant decision-makers.
• Confident demeanor in discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
• High level of initiative, motivation, and closing proficiency.
• A structured and data-driven approach to work (experience with CRM, KPIs, and forecasting).
• Ability to swiftly grasp customer needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approximately 10–20%).
