This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers (outbound: LinkedIn, email, networking) with an emphasis on qualified opportunities.
• Proactively developing and managing a robust sales pipeline within the B2B SaaS landscape.
• Engaging in targeted customer outreach, networking actively, and participating in events to bolster sales while crafting and executing effective outreach strategies.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to establish target audiences, messaging, and campaigns.
• Identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships (e.g., agencies, platforms, integrations).
• Continuously refining the sales process and experimenting with new outreach and closing techniques.
• Utilizing CRM systems for organized pipeline management and forecasting.
• Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer requirements to uncover new business opportunities.
• Several years of experience in business development, sales/account executive positions in the B2B SaaS or agency sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the B2B SaaS market (or agency environment) along with a deep enthusiasm for proactive customer outreach and networking.
• Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and closing deals.
• An established and robust network with a readiness to leverage it.
• Excellent outbound capabilities and a keen understanding of relevant decision-makers.
• Confident demeanor in discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
• High levels of initiative, motivation, and closing prowess.
• Organized and data-driven working style (experience with CRM, KPIs, forecasting).
• Ability to swiftly grasp customer needs and convert them into compelling solutions.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approximately 10–20%).
