This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Representing XOALA, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of payment services.
• Identify and create new business opportunities.
• Manage business relationships while developing a robust sales pipeline.
• Actively seek and engage potential clients, including retail traders and institutional investors.
• Build and maintain strategic B2B partnerships across various sectors.
• Represent XOALA at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Oversee and cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to maintain a high conversion rate.
• Discover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings.
• 1-5 years of demonstrated B2B Sales experience, preferably in the FinTech, Payment Solutions, Forex, or related industries.
• An existing book of business will be regarded as a significant advantage.
• Native or business-level fluency in English; additional languages will be viewed favorably.
• A strong passion for sales and a drive to generate leads.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
