This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive growth in new business for Sensata’s Automotive Electrification portfolio.
• Concentrate on battery protection solutions for European automotive Tier clients.
• Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new business among key European automotive Tier customers.
• Create a sustainable pipeline of opportunities in the fields of electrification and battery protection.
• Serve as the primary commercial liaison for designated prospects and accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing.
• Lead initial customer discussions with engineering teams during the development phases.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure effective positioning of solutions and delivery of proposals.
• Achieve sales growth that aligns with business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Automotive sector.
• Proven track record in new business acquisition (hunter profile).
• Experience working with automotive Tier suppliers and/or the OEM ecosystem.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
