This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with prospective Clients and Partners
• Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and assist them in growing their accounts, deposits, and overall revenues
• Identify and target established Money Managers and IBs within the MENA Region
• Develop a book of business through organic growth
• Create proposals that effectively sell services tailored to meet customers' trading requirements
• Cross-sell to retail clients who fulfill the IB criteria
• Remain informed on market developments and trends
• Provide advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management techniques
• Clarify industry terminology or trading practices to clients
• Participate in industry and company events to identify potential clients
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Maintain client records by utilizing the CRM and documenting communications
• Follow up with clients regarding funding, trading volume, and new account activations
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Over 4 years of significant experience in **Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments**
• Comprehensive understanding of **FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets**
• Possess a **hunter mindset;** focused on achieving targets rather than titles
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities across diverse cultures and regions
• Ability to think strategically while executing tasks hands-on
• Knowledge of financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities
• Proficient in both Technical and Fundamental analysis
• Strong skills in relationship management and networking
• Competence in selling techniques.
