This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with prospective Clients and Partners
• Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and assist them in enhancing accounts, deposits, and revenue
• Identify and pursue known Money Managers and IBs within the MENA Region
• Build a portfolio of business organically through relationship development
• Assess customers' trading requirements and prepare proposals to offer services
• Cross-sell to retail clients who meet the IB criteria
• Stay informed about market news and trends
• Provide advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management techniques
• Clarify industry terminology or trading practices to clients
• Participate in industry and company events to identify potential clients
• Meet sales targets
• Reach out to prospective or existing customers to address their inquiries and needs
• Create sales presentations or proposals to outline service specifications
• Maintain customer records using the CRM system
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Over 4 years of significant experience in Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments
• Strong comprehension of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
• A hunter mentality; you pursue targets rather than titles
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across diverse cultures and regions
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution
• Knowledge of financial markets in FX, Stocks, and Commodities
• Proficiency in Technical and Fundamental analysis
• Strong skills in relationship management and networking
• Excellent selling skills
