This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Establish and nurture connections with potential Clients and Partners who might have clients interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
• Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and assist them in increasing accounts, deposits, and revenues.
• Identify and target recognized Money Managers and IBs within the MENA Region.
• Gradually build a portfolio of business through networking both within and outside the market, aiming to attract potential IBs from various sectors.
• Assess customers' trading requirements and develop proposals to offer services that fulfill these needs.
• Cross-sell to retail clients who meet the IB criteria to expand their business and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.
• Stay informed about market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
• Provide advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management techniques.
• Clarify industry terminology or trading practices to clients.
• Participate in industry and company events to identify potential clients as directed by management.
• Meet sales targets effectively.
• Reach out to prospective or existing customers to address their inquiries and requirements.
• Create sales presentations or proposals to clarify service specifications.
• Maintain customer records by utilizing the CRM and documenting communications.
• Handle and follow up on clients' funding, volume, and new account activations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Four years of substantial experience in **Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments**.
• Strong comprehension of **FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets**.
• Possess a **hunter mindset,** focusing on chasing targets rather than titles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities across diverse cultures and regions.
• Strategic thinker with a practical approach to execution.
• Knowledge of financial markets in FX, Stocks, and Commodities.
• Proficiency in both Technical and Fundamental analysis.
• Excellent relationship management and networking capabilities.
