This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting through to closing, while managing intricate enterprise agreements involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Seek and target new business prospects via outbound initiatives, industry events, referrals, and strategic networking within key European markets.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers at enterprise-level clients, conducting consultative discovery and customizing Yuno's value proposition to meet each client's unique requirements.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of targeted sectors with global operations, including e-commerce, iGaming/gambling, travel, mobility, and SaaS.
• Work closely with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to produce compelling proposals and ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Maintain precise pipeline records in the CRM, offering complete visibility into deal stages and projections.
• Stay informed about trends in the payments and fintech sectors to uncover opportunities for competitive differentiation.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset — you are expected to create your own strategies rather than adhere to pre-existing ones.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales or business development.
• Proven success in selling to enterprise clients within complex, multi-stakeholder environments and lengthy sales cycles.
• Solid understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
• Evidence of experience in startup and/or scale-up environments — must be comfortable operating independently and building your own pipeline.
• Strong consultative sales skills: adept at navigating intricate organizations and strategically positioning Yuno.
• Self-driven and results-oriented — this position does not provide leads automatically.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
