This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated sales territory across performance and health sectors.
• Proactively build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities driven by marketing efforts.
• Perform both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Organize and oversee client trials.
• Collaborate on full-cycle sales opportunities alongside Contracts and Client Success teams.
• Meet monthly and quarterly quota objectives based on the number of systems sold.
• Effectively manage pipeline activities using CRM tools.
• Participate in conferences and represent VALD in a professional manner at events and industry meetings.
• Cultivate new leads and identify additional opportunities for VALD.
• Build client relationships within the assigned territory.
• Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to illustrate how clients can extract value from VALD systems.
• Candidates must reside within 60 minutes of Timișoara and be willing to travel within a 4-hour radius of their home.
• Those living outside the territory must be prepared to relocate within 30 days of the offer/start date.
• A background in allied health or performance fields, such as Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science, or a related discipline is required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; however, preferred candidates should have 2+ years of relevant field experience.
• Strong communication skills are necessary, encompassing in-person, virtual, and written interactions.
• Must be comfortable with cold prospecting, including in-person visits, phone calls, and emails.
• Confidence in engaging with professionals of all levels, from students to executives, is essential.
• Experience with CRM platforms is required, with HubSpot being preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools is needed.
• Previous field sales experience is relevant only when it aligns with a clinical background and subscription-based sales models.
• Approximately 30% travel is expected, primarily within the region, which includes frequent day trips by car and occasional overnight stays.
• Some air travel may be necessary depending on geographical considerations.
• Standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends for conferences, events, or follow-ups on leads.
• A reliable personal vehicle is required.
• Capability to transport and demonstrate VALD equipment, including the ability to carry demo equipment weighing up to approximately 35kg / 77lb.
• Successful candidates must pass background checks, including identity verification and criminal record checks.
• Commission structure with on-target bonuses.
