This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• In the role of Business Development Manager at Superset, you will take charge of promoting Superset’s premier B2B SaaS offering - a campus placements automation tool - to educational institutions such as colleges and universities.
• You will be responsible for planning and establishing weekly and monthly goals for lead generation and outreach.
• Your responsibilities will include prospecting and generating leads from the college database provided for your assigned region (which may consist of one or more states) through emails, calls, or other necessary methods.
• You will be scheduling and coordinating product demonstrations via calls and emails.
• You will strategically devise and implement sales plans, effectively conducting product demonstrations to placement officers and key decision-makers (Chancellors, Directors, Owners) of the institutions.
• You will create business proposals that address client needs, engage in discussions around pricing, and successfully close deals.
• You will maintain a robust pipeline of both new and existing clients.
• You possess over 2 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year specifically in SaaS B2B sales.
• You have the ability to articulate the value of a product, service, or brand to its target customers, transforming business transactions into lasting relationships.
• You can confidently demonstrate the value of the Superset SaaS product to potential customers through engaging presentations and demonstrations.
• You have successfully met, faced challenges, and achieved your complete sales objectives independently.
• Experience in the education sector will be considered an additional advantage.
