This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Lead the strategic growth of ®em-trak throughout the U.S. and the wider Americas.
• Enhance distributor performance and create cooperative growth strategies.
• Identify and assess dealer networks to pinpoint high-potential partners.
• Formulate customized approaches for valuable verticals and support relationships with OEMs and integrators.
• Represent ®em-trak at regional industry gatherings to boost brand credibility.
• Outstanding business development or regional sales experience in marine electronics or similar technical fields.
• Demonstrated success in distributor-driven markets and dealer network development.
• Proven experience working with manufacturers’ representatives.
• Strong commercial insight combined with technical knowledge to effectively engage with OEMs, installers, and integrators.
• Experience in marine electronics is highly beneficial.
