This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete implementation process for enterprise clients, managing relationships with stakeholders from both customer and internal teams.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans, identifying dependencies and ensuring all parties adhere to timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, adeptly addressing challenges when product timelines and customer expectations are misaligned.
• Conduct commercial discussions with assurance, effectively negotiating and handling challenging situations with professionalism.
• Offer valuable insights into information security, AI governance, and supplier onboarding processes as required.
• Engage beyond mere implementation by participating in pitches, RFPs, audits, and other cross-functional priorities as needed by the business.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to ensure a smooth transition and an excellent customer experience.
• Regularly provide feedback to product and leadership teams to assist in shaping and enhancing the platform.
• Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales targeting enterprise organizations (3,000+ FTE), preferably within HR tech, legal tech, or professional services.
• Proven history of closing deals exceeding £100k, with experience navigating intricate multi-stakeholder purchasing processes, including procurement, legal, and compliance.
• Experience in selling at a Head of level minimum, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Background in managing or mentoring an SDR or similar sales team member.
• Strong presentation, communication, and demonstration skills, with the capability to adapt your approach for various audiences and stakeholders.
