Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• This position primarily involves new business development, emphasizing the acquisition of new clients in both the enterprise and government sectors.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your clients.

• Leverage your network and relationships with key decision-makers to generate opportunities for SOTI solutions and manage the complete sales cycle.

• Foster partnerships with hardware vendors, ISVs, and system integrators to create a robust sales pipeline.

• Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with significant accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Clearly communicate the key value propositions and distinctions of our offerings to partners and clients.

• Monitor and forecast key account metrics.

• Identify and expand opportunities within your territory, collaborating with sales engineering and operations to achieve growth objectives.

• Provide assistance with urgent requests or escalated issues as necessary.

• Build productive, professional relationships with key individuals in assigned partner accounts.

• Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including support, service, and management, to fulfill partner performance objectives and meet their expectations.

• Achieve assigned goals for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in designated partner accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the High-Tech sector.

• Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions is preferred.

• Proven track record in direct sales to enterprise accounts across sectors like Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Field Services, Construction, and Utilities.

• Ability to grasp key concepts and effectively present value propositions to clients.

• Demonstrated success in cultivating and managing partner relationships while driving sustained revenue growth.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Mobility Management or related markets, competitors, trends, and industries.

• Extensive experience in Strategy Development, Partnership Management, or Business Development.

• Proven capability to operate independently within a dynamic sales environment.

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities regarding technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.

• A desire to learn and grow in the role, proactively seeking opportunities for development.

• History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
