This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and cultivate business opportunities throughout the EMEA region.
• Develop and implement realistic roadmaps for business growth and client diversification.
• Initiate outreach to new revenue streams and introduce services to boost revenue.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and gather intelligence to inform effective sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster business development.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and related tasks as required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the semiconductor sector.
• Knowledge of commodities is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in additional European languages, such as German, is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis to develop and sustain client relationships.
