This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to create strategies aimed at identifying and marketing to potential Clients.
• Engage in prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls to potential customers in order to generate new business opportunities.
• Evaluate prospects utilizing lists, reports, and self-prospecting techniques.
• Propel revenue by organizing customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients to effectively showcase our company and products.
• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales objectives and revenue goals.
• Support marketing initiatives with conversion metrics related to various lead-generation efforts.
• Keep our Customer Relations Management (CRM) database updated and maintained.
• Generate precise reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as specified by management.
• Cultivate strong and resourceful relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, provide essential feedback, facilitate retention, and drive business growth.
• Utilize feedback from the leadership team to continuously refine and enhance prospecting and qualifying strategies.
• Offer administrative support and undertake other duties as assigned by management.
• 2-3 years of sales experience is required; experience in BPO is preferred.
• The candidate must have a strong desire to learn and advance a career in the digital services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, stay organized, and adapt as needed.
• Strong consultative communication and negotiation skills, both via video and in writing.
• Excellent time-management capabilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate should be able to effectively communicate the unique aspects and advantages of our services and products.
• Proven skills in communication and relationship-building, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively across internal teams, including Onboarding, Marketing, and Leadership as necessary.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can achieve results while managing the demands of a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience in a comparable field.
• Comfortable with achieving sales performance metrics and experienced with cloud-based CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Google Workspace.
