📋 Description

• Overseeing and expanding your broker pipeline.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring, activating, and nurturing broker relationships to ensure a steady home loan volume.

• Mastering our credit policy and eligibility criteria thoroughly.

• Presenting and informing brokers about Skip’s low-deposit home loan offerings.

• Cultivating meaningful connections and transforming brokers into advocates.

• Managing Loan Scenarios and facilitating deals through the pipeline.

• Representing Skip at industry events and partner meetings.

• Promoting awareness and engagement within your territory — spreading the word.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven sales achiever with 2–5 years of experience (B2B, SaaS, tech, or related fields).

• Familiarity with home loans and the broker landscape.

• Proficient with technology and highly skilled in CRM, automation, and sales tools.

• Inquisitive, driven, and confident in presenting to audiences.

• A natural hunter — enjoys establishing new relationships and closing deals.

• Comfortable taking ownership of targets and managing a complete sales cycle.

• Highly organized with a strong commitment to CRM discipline.

• Driven by unlimited earnings potential and a desire to make a significant impact.
