This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of commercial, public, and infrastructure lighting initiatives throughout QLD.
• Handle the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to closing and project transition.
• Work in conjunction with internal design and engineering teams to provide high-quality customized solutions.
• Enhance relationships with architects, specifiers, engineers, contractors, and local councils.
• Represent the organization at meetings, site visits, and industry functions.
• Maintain organized CRM documentation and offer insights into market trends and opportunities.
• Currently employed in the lighting or electrical sector (4+ years preferred).
• Prepared to advance into larger, more strategic project responsibilities.
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements (training will be provided).
• Excellent communicator, relationship developer, and natural presenter.
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to progress into a senior role over time.
• Must possess full working rights in Australia.
