This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
• Foster and sustain relationships with essential retail partners and distributors.
• Develop and present compelling presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint trends and guide business strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost product visibility and effectiveness in the marketplace.
• Monitor and report on sales performance as well as market competitors.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products industries.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales processes.
• A robust work ethic focused on results and accountability.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and innovation.
• Base Salary: USD $65,000 – $80,000
• OTE: USD $110,000 – $130,000
• Commission: 3% on revenue generated from new accounts opened
• New Door Bonus: USD $600 for each new retail/pharmacy listing secured
• Annual Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary contingent on achieving annual targets
