This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Provides strategic guidance to ensure Saluda captures market share while achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Supports and promotes best practices in clinical and technical assistance to clinical teams during surgeries, implants, and follow-up appointments.
• Aids distributors and clinical stakeholders in the designated region by offering high-quality clinical, technical, and educational support.
• Develops and sustains business relationships by fostering long-term partnerships with distributors and external clients through effective customer service.
• Plays a key role in the formulation and implementation of structured market development and distributor-led account support strategies, with an emphasis on education, clinical adoption, and proper usage of Saluda Medical technologies.
• Manages the planning and execution of educational and promotional initiatives.
• Acts as the main point of contact between Italian stakeholders and EU leadership.
• Collects market intelligence and customer feedback, whether solicited or observed, and promptly communicates these insights to relevant Saluda Medical team members in a meaningful way.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in neuromodulation for chronic pain or related therapy fields.
• Capable of leading by example.
• Strong business acumen to engage strategically with distributors within the specified region.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a diverse workload in a complex setting.
• Proven personal initiative, capability to work with minimal supervision, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong collaborative abilities.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in programming neuromodulation devices.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Sound judgment, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
• Understanding of Saluda’s Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
