This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the UK market
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
• Execute outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking on LinkedIn
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
• Comprehend client hiring requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the effective delivery of candidates
• Keep precise records of sales activities and manage the pipeline within CRM systems
• Meet and surpass monthly sales and revenue goals
• Participate in virtual meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment sales
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with UK-based clients or in international markets is a plus
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and sales outreach tools
• Professional and consultative approach to sales
• Reliable laptop or computer with a stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work during UK business hours
