Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, performance, and the long-term success of Realtor and joint venture partnerships.

• Work with One Real Title leadership to craft and implement client-specific business plans that include defined objectives, growth strategies, and measurable key performance indicators.

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with Realtors, real estate teams, and joint venture partners through outbound outreach, virtual interactions, and in-person meetings and events.

• Evaluate prospective opportunities, understand client needs, and transform leads into lasting, trusted partnerships through a consultative selling approach.

• Regularly meet or surpass individual sales targets by executing disciplined daily activities, managing relationships, and ensuring follow-through.

• Keep precise and timely records of activities, pipeline, and results within the CRM to guarantee transparency, accountability, and progress towards revenue objectives.

• Represent the organization at networking events, office visits, and industry functions to enhance market presence and broaden referral opportunities.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and title and escrow products to effectively advise clients and support informed business decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or roles focused on partnerships.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• A strategic, results-driven mindset with the capacity to identify growth opportunities, develop collaborative solutions, and execute to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in B2B or enterprise sales, including acquiring new clients and expanding long-term, repeat business; experience in title and escrow services is highly preferred.

• Capability to create and deliver persuasive product- and solution-based presentations tailored to the needs of clients and partners.

• Proficient in CRM and productivity tools, including platforms like HubSpot, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), OpenPhone, and Qualia or similar title and escrow systems.

• Experience in joint venture structures or strategic partnership models is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.

• Title insurance sales experience in the specified state/region is essential.
