This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint emerging trends, target markets, and evaluate competitive dynamics.
• Formulate and implement strategic action plans aimed at capturing and securing optimal opportunities.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with prospective clients, gaining an understanding of their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
• Guarantee a seamless transition of accounts to account managers by collaborating, sharing insights, and executing plans together.
• Identify and nurture strategic alliances with complementary enterprises to broaden market presence and augment product offerings.
• Demonstrated success in international business development and/or sales within the technology sector.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Strong knowledge of technology products and services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven self-management and motivation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in the electronic components and semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in English, German, and other European languages.
• Willingness to travel as required.
