This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Drive growth and establish strategic partnerships that support our mission.
• Take ownership of both the top and bottom of the sales funnel by identifying, qualifying new opportunities, and managing the sales lifecycle from initial conversation through contract to long-term management.
• Collaborate effectively with internal product and regulatory teams.
• Represent Platomics at industry events on an external level.
• Contribute to shaping our growth strategy across European markets.
• Comfortable with outbound activities (calls, emails, social selling) and possess the skills to research, qualify, and construct a disciplined sales pipeline.
• Understand sales methodologies and apply them flexibly, without being mechanical.
• Fluent in English, as it is the primary language of the company.
• Fluent in either French AND/OR Italian (required), with Spanish being a plus.
• Proven experience in leading contract negotiations and managing ongoing partner relationships.
• Confident in navigating legal frameworks and aligning stakeholders with varying interests.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare, MedTech, and IVD landscape.
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate clearly, build trust rapidly, and excel in a distributed team environment.
