This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies tailored for key markets in the region.
• Oversee relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, fund managers, and strategic partners.
• Discover new business opportunities and aid in the growth of the partner network.
• Assist in commercial negotiations while nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, and support teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
• Track partner performance using key metrics such as trading volume, active clients, and revenue generation.
• Organize and engage in industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance the partner ecosystem.
• Remain informed about trends, regulations, and competitor activities within the trading industry to refine partnership strategies.
• Proven experience in partner management, account management, institutional sales, or business development within the financial sector, preferably with trading, CFD brokers, fintechs, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of financial products including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to monitor and report on KPIs.
