This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for the success in your region.
• The role is hybrid, with your primary focus on acquiring new customers (up to 80% of your time).
• You will also manage your existing clients (partners), support their growth, and ensure they maximize their partnership with us.
• New sales & Account Management.
• Prospect and identify new customer opportunities.
• Work towards and achieve KPIs and targets.
• Provide top-notch account management to existing restaurant partners – upsell, problem-solving, and ongoing support.
• Optimize sales and revenue for existing clients.
• Monday to Friday: work in the field, handle new customers/orders, and participate in status meetings.
• Previous experience in customer-facing sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Fluent Swedish is required, along with good English skills (as we are an international company and some meetings are conducted in English).
• Driven self-starters who are motivated to earn bonuses.
• Someone with initiative, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
