📋 Description

• Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and leveraging an existing DTC/e-commerce network.

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of prospective clients from initial contact to final contract signing.

• Present Odyssey's offerings to founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders of high-growth e-commerce brands.

• Create and present customized proposals, presentations, and pricing models.

• Negotiate contract details and secure new business agreements.

• Represent Odyssey at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies based on market insights.

• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using CRM tools.

• Partner with account management and creative teams for smooth client handoff and onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.

• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth within an advertising agency or SaaS platform catering to DTC brands.

• Established relationships and a solid understanding of the DTC/e-commerce brand environment.

• Demonstrated success in lead generation, managing a sales pipeline, and closing sales.

• Strong grasp of paid media, performance marketing, and creative services.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting to founders and executives.

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and develop a client portfolio with minimal oversight.

• A proactive mindset; capable of adapting to various roles and handling daily uncertainties.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
