This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create new avenues for growth outside the core business.
• Identify opportunities backed by a well-defined, logical rationale.
• Take initiative in developing and executing strategic plans independently.
• Manage P&L for the pertinent business areas.
• Collaborate with various departments across the organization.
• Explore partnerships that have potential for revenue generation.
• Engage in independent negotiations to successfully finalize agreements.
• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development or Strategy.
• Demonstrated success in creating new ventures rather than merely optimizing existing ones.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills: capable of independently negotiating with external stakeholders.
• Analytical proficiency: able to construct solid business cases.
• Strong decision-making skills when leading initiatives.
• Effective stakeholder management and clear communication abilities.
• Self-driven: capable of managing projects independently.
• Ideally, experience in D2C, consumer brands, or the health/wellness sector.
• Willingness to utilize AI tools.
• Fully remote work within Germany.
• Up to 90 days per year of remote work from other EU countries permitted.
