This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Identify, approach, and secure new Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and partners within the designated territory.
• Onboard partners and provide them with the necessary tools, materials, and commercial terms to succeed.
• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of IB relationships, enhancing the trading volume they produce.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for partners, addressing issues and discovering growth opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance and report on pipeline, activations, and trading volume.
• Operate within the Group's regulatory and compliance framework for the applicable jurisdictions.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or IB management in the forex/CFD or financial services sector.
• A pre-existing network of IBs, affiliates, or partners that can be activated.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, along with working English skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory to meet with partners.
