This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Engage with new prospects to sell media and content solutions.
• Generate new business prospects with both existing and potential clients.
• Formulate a robust sales strategy to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
• Establish strong connections with clients, advertisers, and media agencies.
• Execute the sales plan independently.
• Maintain essential business reports.
• Oversee, manage, and enhance current accounts to ensure continued client satisfaction.
• Coordinate, manage, and resolve issues related to account maintenance.
• Must effectively interact with Sales Heads of Departments.
• Complete RFPs and proposals, follow up on submissions, and finalize business deals.
• Must possess a passion for media sales and have in-depth knowledge of the industry, as well as an awareness of upcoming trends.
• Must be highly proficient at establishing high-level contacts within accounts and their agencies, and possess strong presentation skills to secure sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales within advertising agencies or media services, presenting to key decision makers.
• Experience with advertising media agencies for new business development, integrated cross-platform media sales, digital media sales, and out-of-home advertising.
• Capability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation and time management abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
