This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Romanian SME and mid-market sectors to foster rapid market share expansion.
• Establish and sustain a strong outbound pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and proactive outreach efforts.
• Present Mollie’s localized value proposition, emphasizing our seamless integration and exceptional checkout experience tailored for Romanian consumers.
• Negotiate and finalize intricate deals, overseeing the entire sales process from initial discovery to implementation.
• Offer local market insights to our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the needs of Romanian merchants.
• Keep detailed CRM records in Hubspot to guarantee accurate forecasting and transparent management of the sales pipeline.
• Professional fluency in both Romanian and English is a must.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing targets in a B2B SaaS or fintech sales setting.
• Extensive understanding of the Romanian e-commerce landscape and local payment preferences.
• A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with the ability to establish a territory from the ground up.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge to articulate payment integrations and API advantages to potential partners.
