This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of new business opportunities in Singapore and India.

• Take ownership of revenue targets related to consulting services.

• Identify and penetrate key sectors such as corporates, multinational corporations, and ESG-driven companies.

• Engage with client points of contact, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, D&I leaders, and transformation teams.

• Position Dignitea’s services in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion programs, cultural transformation, and leadership capability enhancement.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, proposal preparation, and closing.

• Support consultants in establishing long-term relationships with major clients.

• Interact with existing clients to maintain engagement.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across consulting and training initiatives.

• Formulate go-to-market strategies for expanding into India.

• Forge partnerships with ecosystem players, including ESG networks and industry organizations.

• Represent Dignitea at conferences, panels, and events focused on thought leadership.

• Provide insights to consulting and delivery teams to enhance client solutions.

• Contribute market insights to inform service offerings and positioning.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, including a business development focus.

• Significant experience in one or more areas: consulting/professional services, D&I, HR solutions, L&D, or ESG-related services.

• Demonstrated capability to sell to senior stakeholders, including HR, ESG, and C-suite executives.

• Familiarity with the Indian market.

• Strong consultative selling skills.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in creating professional presentations.

• Skilled in writing case studies highlighting success.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated, suitable for an early-stage company environment.
