This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive revenue by responding to inquiries or initiating calls to potential leads
• Persuade both existing and prospective customers to purchase services
• Quickly assess customer needs to offer tailored solutions
• Accurately document customer details in the CRM system
• Address complaints or concerns to maintain the company’s positive image
• Go above and beyond to achieve sales goals
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service position
• Proven history of consistently achieving sales targets, ideally through phone interactions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and telecommunication tools
• Proficient in negotiation and managing customer complaints
• Tenacious and results-driven with the patience and resilience to deal with customer rejection
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply for trainee positions
