• Community Development: Take the lead in cultivating and sustaining a robust community presence, promoting active participation and ongoing interest through various platforms and initiatives.

• Grow our community by utilizing digital platforms for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration.

• Relationship Development: Create and execute strategies to expand our client base and strengthen current relationships, employing data analysis and creative thinking to uncover new opportunities and enhance services for existing clients.

• Deliver exceptional service to both prospective and current clients, fostering engagement and loyalty.

• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden our reach and influence, ensuring these initiatives align with our mission and values.

• Engage with stakeholders in the learning and development sector, forging relationships that bolster our network and visibility in the industry, including participation in key events and conferences.

• Funnel Development: Collaborate with our marketing and brand communications manager to design and execute targeted campaigns that align with our business development goals, ensuring our messaging remains engaging and consistent across all channels.

• Apply digital marketing expertise to enhance online visibility and lead generation through SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.

• Effectively promote our training programs to both B2B and B2C clients, utilizing strategies that emphasize the benefits of our facilitation services.

• Optimize the sales funnel to boost conversion rates, incorporating marketing automation tools and personalized outreach strategies.

• Oversee the creation of content that highlights our expertise and meets the needs of our community, showcasing our unique approach to learning and development.

• Evaluate performance metrics to refine and enhance strategies, concentrating on ongoing growth and improved results.

• Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends, using insights to inform strategic decisions and discover new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or community engagement roles.

• Demonstrated success with digital marketing strategies and campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients.

• Solid experience in community management, relationship building, and partnership development.

• Knowledge of the education, training, and facilitation sectors.

• Ability to assess market trends, pinpoint opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

• Proficiency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Fluency or proficiency in Thai is a plus.

• Experience working alongside marketing teams to support business objectives.

• Skill in analyzing performance data to inform business decisions.
