📋 Description

• Assist partners in comprehending Cisco programs and performance frameworks.

• Analyze partner performance data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth.

• Create customized enablement plans that include training and development pathways.

• Direct partners towards appropriate certifications and specializations.

• Aid in the positioning of essential technologies such as security, infrastructure, and workplace solutions.

• Facilitate partners' transition to recurring revenue and subscription-based models.

• Identify opportunities for revenue expansion through lifecycle strategies (land, adopt, expand, renew).

• Support alignment with partner incentives and commercial structures.

• Leverage data and insights to uncover growth opportunities and shape account plans.

• Promote the adoption of long-term customer engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.

• Build and sustain a forward-looking pipeline aligned with growth objectives.

• Work alongside internal teams, including sales, technical, and customer success functions.

• Ensure partners have access to the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to advance opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in IT channel sales or business development.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners to foster growth and development.

• Understanding of changing sales models, including subscription and recurring revenue.

• Commercial awareness with the capacity to engage in value-based discussions.

• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various levels.

• Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.

• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and partner platforms.
