This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively seek out and engage new clients in the B2B arena.
• Independently create and nurture a sales pipeline.
• Conduct introductory meetings, perform needs assessments, and deliver proposal presentations.
• Oversee the complete sales process – from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers.
• Provide guidance to organizations on ISO management systems.
• Track and document sales activities within the CRM system.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with an emphasis on acquiring new clients.
• Background in consultative selling.
• Excellent communication abilities and a confident demeanor when interacting with decision-makers.
• Organized and self-reliant working approach.
• High level of self-motivation and a strong commitment to closing deals.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
