This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Market Expansion: Seek out and engage new business opportunities with international companies aiming to enter or expand within the Indonesian market.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with C-level executives, founders, and international business chambers.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery calls through to proposal presentation and contract execution.
• Consultative Selling: Recognize the specific challenges faced by international clients and customize IBMC’s service offerings (HR, Legal, Payroll, etc.) to address their requirements.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent IBMC at industry events, webinars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal consultants and legal team to ensure service proposals are precise, compliant, and competitive.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records in CRM and deliver regular updates on sales targets, pipeline status, and market trends.
• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally within the Consulting, HR Services, or Fintech sectors.
• Track Record: Proven capability to achieve or surpass high-value B2B sales objectives.
• Networking: A robust network of international business connections or experience in engaging with global corporate clients.
• Communication: Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal); native or professional-level proficiency is essential.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities with a consultative mindset.
• Mindset: Self-driven, proactive, and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, high-pressure consulting environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
