This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Perform a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential trade clients, including builders, architects, interior designers, and property developers.
• Efficiently qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call logs and outcomes in the CRM.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects through consistent and value-driven follow-ups.
• Execute targeted SMS and email outreach campaigns directed at prospective and existing clients.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and target high-value prospects within the construction, design, and property sectors.
• Create personalized LinkedIn messages that resonate with target personas, fostering meaningful sales conversations.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related field.
• A confident and professional communicator, comfortable both on the phone and in written communication.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and preferably with Waalaxy or similar outreach tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining pipeline accuracy.
• Experience using SMS and email outreach platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient — you persist even after facing initial rejections.
• Background in building materials, construction, design, or retail is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Defined KPIs with performance-based incentives.
