This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Achieve sales objectives across both organic and new store channels.
• Enhance profitability by optimizing product selection and in-store execution.
• Assist partner stores in developing Business Action Plans aimed at increasing traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Foster strong relationships with store teams and manage the lead pipeline effectively.
• Provide training and development for partner teams; aid in recruitment and ongoing skill enhancement.
• Spearhead store activations, events, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels and effective use of CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams across India, IMEA, and HQ.
• Formulate and implement business development strategies that align with company objectives.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Support marketing efforts by providing valuable on-the-ground insights.
• Guarantee full adherence to brand standards and deliver a premium customer experience across all stores.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Hästens’ values and standards.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Demonstrated success in both B2C and B2B settings.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, with Salesforce being preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
• Proficient in English and the local language.
• Significant travel required (40–50%) throughout the region.
• Occasional travel to Köping, Sweden.
