This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead new business initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and securing enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and the cultivation of strategic partnerships.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and final closure.
• Enhance existing client relationships by delivering strategic value and engaging in cross-selling activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to define, price, and provide solutions for complex engagements.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline visibility to achieve and surpass annual sales goals.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Power, and/or Automotive sectors.
• Proven sales experience with enterprise-level clients.
• A sense of curiosity and comfort working on the operations floor.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on client growth.
• Ability to collaborate and lead across matrixed teams.
