This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify potential leads originating from Facebook, Google ads, and the FyerX website contact form.
• Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial outreach to leads, presenting FyerX's services while assessing their needs and requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demonstrations with leads to showcase FyerX's offerings.
• Work together with the sales team to develop personalized proposals and presentations tailored to each lead.
• Follow up with leads to address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Maintain precise and current records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and transition process for new clients.
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience or knowledge in sales or business development is advantageous.
• Proactive and self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace.
