This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Identify, cultivate, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, particularly in Uruguay.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes within the FX/CFD industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure that campaigns and partnerships are aligned and adhere to regulations.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and updates on the pipeline for the Regional Director.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex/CFDs or financial trading industry is required.
• A robust network of IBs, affiliates, or high-net-worth retail/institutional clients.
• A solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, and TradingView platforms, as well as brokerage service structures.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
