This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Create and implement a strategic plan aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue objectives.
• Discover and chase new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key industry decision-makers to establish our company as a preferred provider.
• Design and present effective proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to achieve targets.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic direction.
• Deliver timely and precise forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
• Engage in industry conferences and events to remain informed about market trends and best practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development and/or sales within the financial sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
