Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish Key Partnerships: Identify and cultivate robust relationships with leading projects, protocols, exchanges, and influencers within the DeFi ecosystem.

• Propel Growth: Design and execute partnership strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, liquidity, and overall platform expansion.

• Negotiate Agreements: Manage the intricacies of partnership contracts, including contributions, investments, marketing collaborations, and joint ventures.

• Serve as the Primary Contact: Act as the principal point of contact for our external partners, ensuring alignment with YieldNest’s objectives.

• Monitor and Report: Closely track partnership performance metrics, providing insights and updates to our internal teams.

• Stay Informed: Remain aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, leveraging this knowledge to refine our partnership strategies.

• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with internal teams to develop partnership assets—marketing materials, integration guides, and co-branded content that is exceptional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the crypto and DeFi sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency market.

• Proven track record of negotiating and establishing high-value partnerships with prominent industry leaders.

• Excellent communication skills—capable of building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
