This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts for our key clients with extensive ecosystems.
• Collaborate with customer teams to identify and engage their most strategic partners on Crossbeam.
• Serve as the primary business development contact for onboarding and activating these partners, uncovering qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
• Manage a portfolio consisting of cold prospects and free users.
• Utilize ecosystem overlaps, partner insights, and product usage analytics to prioritize outreach efforts.
• Create warm entry points and schedule high-quality initial meetings with potential clients.
• Assist new users with the setup process and help them achieve initial value from our services.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience until accounts are prepared for Sales qualification.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to implement Ecosystem Led Growth at every stage of the sales cycle.
• Share insights on partners, influence the pipeline, and support strategic initiatives alongside other go-to-market teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Partner Manager, or Partner Sales Representative.
• A proven track record of drive, determination, creativity, and initiative. Must be target-oriented and enjoy converting warm signals into tangible pipelines.
• Comfortable engaging with strategic or enterprise accounts and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in confident and thoughtful discussions with executives and users alike.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; familiarity with Salesloft or similar platforms is a plus).
• Bonus: Experience in partnerships or knowledge of the Crossbeam product; exposure to AI-driven tools or data enrichment platforms.
