This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the primary leader and authority for Pole Barn Sales on behalf of the Shelter organization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, IT, and other critical departments.
• Convert strategic opportunities into tangible business results.
• Accountable for establishing a clear vision and strategy.
• Propel cross-functional execution that positions CBB as the leading entity in Pole Barn Sales.
• Create and spearhead the implementation of the Pole Barn Sales plan.
• Manage the financial performance of the Pole Barn business.
• Design and execute the digital roadmap, manufacturing capabilities/requirements, and pricing/product positioning.
• Over 5 years of experience in building materials, construction products, post-frame construction, pole barns, metal roofing, or similar sectors.
• Background in business development, project management, estimating, inside sales, outside sales, operations, or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction-related products.
• Preferably experienced in working with vendors, suppliers, and distribution networks.
• Self-motivated individual with demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
