• Proactively drive sales and achieve targets related to Record Management solutions, emphasizing customer acquisition, upselling, and the expansion of existing accounts.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship management.
• Discover new business prospects through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients in sectors that necessitate robust record management, compliance, and governance.
• Comprehend client challenges and customize Azeus Convene’s record management solutions to address their requirements.
• Present and showcase the advantages of Azeus Convene’s solutions in an engaging and customer-centric manner.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize sales agreements in accordance with the company’s objectives.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure that solutions are accurately customized to meet customer needs.
• Work together with customer success and implementation teams to guarantee seamless transitions and ongoing customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, particularly focusing on market leaders like OpenText.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the capacity to build and sustain relationships at various organizational levels.
• 2-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in **Record Management**, **Document Management**, or **Enterprise Content Management (ECM)** solutions.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets in an enterprise software setting.
• Solid experience in solution selling, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and articulate complex solutions clearly.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to deliver impactful sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of effectively closing sales.
• Knowledge of the records management market and an understanding of key industry players.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of relevant industry and market trends.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Must be proficient in English.
