This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Create new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and outreach via LinkedIn.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure accurate pipeline management.
• Conduct research to pinpoint target accounts within key industries that align with company services.
• Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads and arrange meetings for senior sales team members.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement focused lead generation campaigns.
• Conduct over 20 face-to-face calls weekly.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Analyze lead generation metrics and modify strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Participate in networking events, including conferences and trade shows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B).
• Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass lead generation targets.
• Self-driven with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, automotive environments, staffing, or workforce solutions is essential.
