This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Create new business prospects through outbound outreach, including cold calling and LinkedIn engagement.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, document interactions, and ensure precise pipeline tracking.
• Conduct research to pinpoint target accounts within primary industries that align with company offerings.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads, organizing meetings for senior sales team members.
• Design and implement focused lead generation campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
• Conduct over 20 face-to-face calls weekly.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to cultivate relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Evaluate lead generation performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Remain updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor actions.
• Participate in networking events such as conferences and trade shows.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B).
• Practical experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing lead generation objectives.
• Self-driven with robust organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, automotive sectors, staffing, or workforce solutions is required.
