• Driving sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to secure new business opportunities.
• Identifying new clients and pursuing account expansion.
• Maintaining up-to-date records on revenue forecasting, invoicing, contracts, and client communications.
• Overseeing account managers.
• Organizing business meetings with potential clients and conducting follow-up activities.
• Promoting the company’s services by addressing or anticipating clients’ objectives.
• Co-developing and executing various components of the sales processes utilized by the company.
• Delivering reliable feedback between clients and project teams, along with after-sales support.
• Establishing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Creating, managing, and nurturing high-level professional relationships with clients.
• Performing direct competitor analysis to identify key growth areas for the company.
• Assisting in the recruitment of sales team members as necessary.
• Offering timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate deal closures for the business.
• Demonstrated experience in software sales.
