This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Work Experience: 6-10 years.
• Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
• Knowledge of the Local Market – A minimum of 3-4 years of B2B experience in the Southern region (Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad).
• Capability to evaluate market demands; collect and consolidate requirements from customers.
• Develop a business case to enhance revenue.
• Core Skill - B2B Solution sales (Preferably in HR Consulting Solutions and Training Solutions).
• 6-10 years of work experience.
• Minimum B2B Sales: At least 5-7 years of B2B sales experience with large corporations.
• Knowledge of the Local Market – A minimum of 3-4 years of B2B experience in the Southern region (Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad).
• Market Intelligence - Expertise in Learning and Development as well as Leadership Sales.
• Capability to evaluate market demands; collect and consolidate requirements from customers.
• Understand the competitive landscape and effectively communicate customer value propositions while developing a business case to maximize revenue.
• Core Skill - B2B Solution sales (Preferably in HR Consulting Solutions and Training Solutions).
• Role - Involves both Door Opening and Account Management aspects of B2B elements.
• Exposure - Should have engaged with L&D Heads, HR Heads, and CXO Level executives.
• Additional Preference - Must have been rated as high potential in the last two roles.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and achieve results.
